Project: Destination Barrington Coast
Descent Productions helped win Destination Barrington Coast 2x Tourism Gold Awards in the NSW Tourism Awards 2022, and Silver in the Australian Tourism Awards 2022. Our team at Descent Productions worked closely with Fred & Co Digital Activation & Advertising to produce the regions premiere tourism brand campaign video in 2021. This campaign went on to win 2 Gold Medals at the NSW Tourism Awards in 2022, for the best Tourism Marketing Campaign, Gold for the Local Government Award for Tourism, and Silver in the Australian Tourism Awards 2022 for the best Tourism Marketing & Campaign.
Our team have been working closely with Destination Barrington Coast since April 2020 to produce content for a number of their destinations and attractions, running multiple extended shoots with a large number of operators, talent and crew, above and below the water.
Descent Productions’ relationship with Destination Barrington Coast started underwater, but they quickly realised we are not just a one trick pony. We’re a powerhouse underwater film crew capable of producing some of the best topside video content on the market.
Multi Award Winning ‘Who Cares’ Destination Brand Campaign Film
This is the region’s premiere tourism brand campaign film, produced by Descent Productions. Our team worked tirelessly to bring the Creative Director at Fred & Co’s vision to life. This short campaign was accompanied by a range of stills captured by Rob Mulally which can be seen on multiple billboards in Sydney, and along the East Coast of Australia. The campaign is designed to attract CitySiders for a weekend away to The Barrington Coast.
The Destination Films
In addition to producing the above film campaign, our team have also produced 9 destination films. Each of these films have been produced with a light story and sound design to promote a specific destination or attraction. We have also produced a number of social edits on additional destinations, and provided social cuts for each of the below films.
